2 tbsp PBfit All-Natural Peanut Butter
Ingredients
1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate
4 oz. Oat Milk
4 oz. Water
Handful of Ice
This is the single greatest add-in to any protein shake or healthy dessert. If you're a huge fan of peanut butter, you're going to want to try PBfit.
I went with Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate, but any chocolate protein powder will do. Just make sure it's high in protein and low on calories.
To cut down on calories but keep the frothy, milky taste I add 4 oz. of oat milk. Any brand is fine, but I prefer Oat-Ly.
