ANOVOS hand-crafted the highly accurate helmet in the US utilizing actual helmets used on the set of the Disney+ series, which were taken into their workshop for 3D scanning. ANOVOS used fiberglass for the bulk of the helmet. Perhaps not as rugged as the steel used in the fictitious STAR WARS universe, but strong none the less. The exterior of the helmet is finished by hand with a silver-toned paint and hand-weathered with the same techniques as those used for the on-set original. The interior is fully lined for added comfort. Those with a large dome may not be able to wear the helmet, as it will only fit up to a US size 8 hat.
