Glenfiddich presented by MR PORTER is a limited-edition whisky that was created via a highly collaborative setting to create a unique new expression of whisky.
Over the last decade, MR PORTER has curated the world’s most coveted menswear brands, created engaging original content, and provided first-class service to customers in over 180 countries. For the first time in November, MR PORTER will go into the realm of exquisite spirits.
The limited-edition whiskey, inspired by both companies’ tireless explorations of taste, elegance, and innovation, is a stunningly complex 20 Year Old that produces layers of fudge, spicy oak, and caramelized Demerara sugar. Under the skilled direction of Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman, MR PORTER Creative Director Ben Palmer selected the rich and delicious single malt. Both tastemakers collaborated to produce the ideal final Scotch whisky, hand-picking barrels of New American oak, ex-bourbon, and European oak sherry casks to create a rich, silky smooth single malt. The three barrels are combined using Glenfiddich’s revolutionary Solera technology to create a fuller, richer, and more complex flavor; a rare cask marriage.
The bottle will be presented in a clean white, embossed shell, lined with a tastefully designed, minimalistic monogram using the two classic brand insignia, which was also created by Palmer and Kinsman. Luxury spirit enthusiasts will need to register their details into the ballot on Wednesday, November 3rd for a chance to buy one of the exclusive bottles. Glenfiddich presented by MR PORTER will be available only to consumers based in the United Kingdom (RRP £300), United States (RRP $425), Taiwan (RRP NTD13,500), Hong Kong (RRP HKD3,300.00), Singapore (RRP S$608) and Australia (RRP $AUD540).
