Employees 

Finally, there will always be room for employees. Whether you want them or not is a whole different matter entirely. When you are just starting out, employees can be quite pricey so you may decide to get things rolling yourself. However, as your business grows you may decide that you need an extra pair of hands of two on board. 

Write up job advertisements once you know which job roles you want to fill. You will then need to hold interviews to see which candidates suit your business best. Remember, you don’t have to say yes to any of them if you don’t think they are a good fit.
