Roberto Cavalli’s Uomo Verde Assoluto leans hard into spice and leather, not the fresh green you might expect from the name. The pyramid runs orange, pink pepper, juniper, elemi, cardamom, and clove up top, then lavender, geranium, and a “rosyfolia” accord through the heart, before settling into cedarwood, patchouli, leather, and amber on the dry-down. The fluorescent green flacon hints at something fougère or aquatic, but the actual juice is a warm spiced woody EDP closer to a cool-weather scent than a summer one. Interparfums is handling the launch, and Cavalli is positioning it as a “primal energy” play for the modern Cavalli man. Translated, that means it sits in the spicy-leather lane next to a hundred other designer woodies. The 100ml Eau de Parfum is available now online through Roberto Cavalli.
