Limited to just 500-units, these babies are going to sell out quick!
There’s no question that the Stinger sport sedan has changed people’s perspective on Kia since its release late last year. I can’t go more than a few miles in my red Stinger GT2 without turning a few heads. It’s a slick ride with a lot of excitement surrounding it.
Continuing on the buzz-train that is all things Stinger, allow me to introduce you to this summer’s hottest ride: the limited-edition Stinger GT Atlantica. Limited to just 500-units, the Atlantica was created to pay homage to the car’s cross-Atlantic roots between the U.S. and Germany–both of which had huge influence on the final Stinger models.
“We recognize Stinger is something special and wanted to commemorate the 2019 model year with a stand-out variant. Out of the box, the Stinger is a tried-and-true sport sedan with much of its development taking place on Germany’s grueling Nürburgring race circuit. The Atlantica edition introduces more European flare while distinguishing itself with exclusive badging and features not previously offered by Kia in the U.S. market.”
– Orth Hedrick, vice president, product planning, Kia Motors America (KMA)
The Atlantica edition is based off of the Stinger GT2 AWD, with additional features like its exclusive Deep Chroma Blue metallic exterior paint, exclusive Espresso Brown Nappa leather interior, 19-inch alloy wheels taken directly from the European Stinger, and the large-font Stinger badge across the rear deck.
Additional features to the Atlantica worth mentioning:
- Wireless phone charger
- Heated rear outboard seats
- Surround View Monitor
- Three Stinger Atlantica Badges: one on the front center console and two on the front fenders
Final pricing will be available closer to the Atlantica edition’s on-sale date this summer. Stay tuned!
