Chevrolet has officially dropped pricing details for the highly anticipated 2026 Corvette ZR1X, along with an exclusive Quail Silver Limited Edition variant set to debut at this year’s Monterey Car Week.
A New Benchmark in American Hypercars
Dubbed the most advanced Corvette ever, the 2026 ZR1X combines a twin-turbocharged LT7 5.5L V8 engine with an electric motor on the front axle to produce a staggering 1,250 horsepower. This hybrid powerhouse propels the ZR1X from 0 to 60 mph in under two seconds and reaches a top track speed of 233 mph.
ZR1X Pricing Breakdown
Chevy has revealed a tiered pricing structure for the ZR1X:
- ZR1X 1LZ Coupe: $207,395 (including $1,995 destination freight charge)
- ZR1X 1LZ Convertible: $217,395
- ZR1X 3LZ Coupe: $218,395
- ZR1X 3LZ Convertible: $228,395
All models will be manufactured at GM’s Bowling Green Assembly Plant in Kentucky, with availability expected by the end of 2025.
Introducing the Quail Silver Limited Edition
Topping the lineup is the ultra-exclusive ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition, which will start at $241,395 (excluding delivery fees). Limited to a yet-undisclosed production number, this special edition will only be available on the ZR1X 3LZ convertible trim.
The Quail Silver Limited Edition brings Corvette’s first factory matte paint finish in over 60 years: Blade Silver Matte, a modern homage to the Inca Silver offered on the original 1957-1959 C1 Corvettes. Inside, a Sky Cool and Medium Ash Gray interior accented with Habanero details adds to the collectible appeal. Other exclusive features include orange brake calipers, black exhaust tips, and carbon flash painted mirrors.
Each vehicle will carry a unique “Limited Edition” plaque, emphasizing its exclusivity.
Performance Upgrades
Buyers can also opt for the ZTK Performance Package, which includes enhanced suspension tuning, the Carbon Fiber Aero Package, and Michelin Pilot Cup 2R tires for increased track capability.
Competitive Edge
In the realm of hypercars, the ZR1X offers unmatched performance and value. Compared to the $3.7 million Ferrari F80 and $2.1 million McLaren W1, the ZR1X holds its own with better 0-60 acceleration and top speed—all at a fraction of the price.
The ZR1X Quail Silver Limited Edition will be officially unveiled at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Carmel, California on August 15. This marks not only the debut of this special edition but also GM Design’s glimpse into the future of Corvette.
