There are countless reasons for anyone to get obsessed with Netflix‘s ‘Drive to Survive’ series. One reason, or person for that matter, is none other than the Australian F1 driver for McLaren, Daniel Ricciardo. Not only is he a great driver, but he’s also just a loveable goofball that is perfect on camera. Fans of the Aussie will be happy to learn that soon we will have even more Ricciardo to watch on our televisions.

Hulu is working with Daniel Ricciardo to create a scripted series on Formula 1 racing. There are very few details about the collaboration right now, but what we do know according to The Hollywood Reporter is that they are already on the hunt for a writer to help script each 30-minute episode. The un-titled series is a product of Lionsgate Television as well as Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Phoebe Zimmer, and Sydney Title of Temple Hill.

Formula 1 fans will want to stay tuned for more information on Hulu’s new scripted race series featuring Daniel Ricciardo.
