It’s no secret that over the last few years whiskey has risen as the spirit of choice — most notably, Japanese-made whiskey. And Hong Kong auction house Bonhams has collected an assortment of rare Japanese-made whiskey for sale. The collection consists of around 250 bottles and feature popular brands like Karuizawa Geisha and Ichiro’s Malt. This auction won’t be for the casual collector, as some of the bottles are being valued around $32,000 USD. Bidding is set to start in February.
