This year, during the fabulous month of November, Budweiser is releasing limited-edition, handmade wooden crates containing 18 Budweisers and two pilsner glasses. The best part? The bottles of this long-lived American favorite will feature labels from three momentous occasions throughout the brand’s history: the last and first labels encompassing Prohibition, dated 1918 and 1933 respectively, and Budweiser’s label from its 100th anniversary in 1976. These gorgeous crates, made by Vintage Editions in North Carolina, will be available across the country this week. If you happen to be one of the lucky 10,000 to own one of these exclusive boxes, be sure to share all of your ensuing revelries with the hashtag #HolidayBuds.
If you end up finding yourself unable to get your hands on one of these fantastic crates, you will still have the opportunity to serve your closest buds these vintage-dressed beers come Friendsgiving. In addition to the limited-edition sets, Budweiser is also converting 1.6 million cases of 12-, 18-, and 24-pack bottles to feature these awesome insignia.
Finally, if you just can’t get enough of this temporary vintage revival, good news! At the NASCAR Spirit Cup Series race on Sunday, November 9th, Kevin Harvick’s No.4 Budweiser Chevrolet SS will display a paint theme emulating Budweiser’s classic holiday labels.
Between the crates, labels, and No. 4 Chevrolet, this year Budweiser is getting us all into the holiday spirit long before we see the Clydesdales.
