My goal in 2019 was to live a better lifestyle. Yeah, I know, that is pretty much what everyone has said a million times over, right? My plan of attack was going to be different from how I treated my meal plan. The first step was to better plan out my snacking. One of the most significant issues I’ve had with eating healthier was not feeling full enough throughout the day. When that 3 pm hunger kicks in, and you’re not trying to spoil your dinner, a handful of almonds just won’t cut it.
