I quit cereal long ago. Not because I stopped enjoying the sugary treats, but because I couldn’t stop eating it. Even as I grew older and developed a more refined palate, I have never stopped loving a giant bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Unfortunately, with age comes the realization you can’t eat whatever you want anymore. When I was a kid, my metabolism would demolish whatever I ate so three bowls of cereal were nothing. Now I have to watch my waistline.

Thankfully, there is Magic Spoon. If you haven’t heard of Magic Spoon before, well, you can thank me later. Think of it as cereal made especially for adults that had to quit the “good stuff.” Each bowl of Magic Spoon is just around 100 calories, 3-4g of carbs, 11g of protein, and 0 sugar. That’s right, ZERO SUGAR.

At the time I’m writing this post, I can proudly say I have tried every flavor Magic Spoon has to offer. And if you can believe it, there isn’t one I dislike. Sure, I have my favorites, but I wouldn’t say no to one if it was offered to me. This includes the three new flavors they released recently. Apple Cinnamon and Salted Caramel are part of their ‘Fall Seasonal‘ flavors, and the third is Peanut Butter.
