Is it a burger or is it a donut? I guess I’ll have to fly to Italy to find out.
McDonalds Italy has just released a sweet treat for their customers – the McDonalds Nutella Burger. This mega-calorie (1000+) concoction is made using soft bread with a helping of chocolate-hazelnut Nutella in the middle. Unfortunately for us Americans with a sweet tooth, this faux burger is only available in Italy.
