It’s an exciting time for those wanting to eat and live a healthy lifestyle. Impossible Foods of Redwood City, California is leading the charge in creating healthier food options that don’t sacrifice on taste. Despite being 100% plant-based, their Impossible Burger looks, smells, cooks, and tastes like real meat.

I’m not vegetarian, but I sure know a few living here in Los Angeles. One of the things I hear the most from my veg-exclusive friends is how they miss eating burgers off the grill, and I can completely understand why. For me, burgers are the only reason I haven’t gone completely plant-based. It’s the one thing I just can’t give up.

According to Founder and CEO of Impossible Foods, Pat Brown, the Impossible Burger will be available by the end of the 2016. Hopefully Brown and his amazing team will be able to make it happen sooner, because I’m stoked to try it!
