Shake Shack is going all in on black truffle for the holidays, but this time the menu is UK-only. The Black Truffle Menu lands at all UK Shacks on November 5 and runs through January 6, built around a black truffle sauce made with Italian black truffle oil. The lineup covers the Black Truffle Burger, an Emmental cheeseburger with rocket and crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun, a crisp-fried portobello Black Truffle ‘Shroom, and a Black Truffle Chicken topped with pickled red onions, plus truffle-topped crinkle-cut fries, beer-battered onion rings, and chicken bites for the table. Two seasonal drinks round it out: a Sparkling Blood Orange Lemonade and a Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch Shake with salted chocolate hazelnut spread, chopped hazelnuts, and a crackable dark chocolate shell. I covered their White Truffle Menu back in 2023, and this one is a wider swing in the same direction, though it stays on the UK side of the Atlantic. It runs at all UK Shacks from November 5 through January 6, with delivery available from November 12.
