Shake Shack, one of my favorite burger chains, has just launched a new menu centered around white truffle sauce. The sauce is made using rare and expensive white truffles, which are known for their strong umami flavor. Unlike black truffles, white truffles cannot be cultivated and can only be found in specific climates.
The new White Truffle Menu is led by the White Truffle Burger, which features fontina cheese and a white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil, crispy sweet onions, and a toasted potato bun. The menu also includes the White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger, filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheese, and Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce.
Shake Shack’s latest offering gives customers the opportunity to enjoy the ultimate fine dining experience, as white truffles are typically reserved for high-end restaurants. The White Truffle Menu is priced between $8.99 and $4.69 and will be available starting February 8th through the Shack App and nationwide starting February 10th.
