6 Colorful Coolers Perfect for Summer Under $300

I’m so excited about this summer. Getting out on the family boat, float trips, and other outdoor activities that were greatly missed after an entire year of lockdown. It sounds like pure heaven!

One of the items I’ve needed since moving to the midwest was a good cooler to keep beers, and hard seltzers chilled. It’s a necessity when it comes to hanging out at the lake. Everyone has their own cooler and will usually bring it with them when they visit a neighbors house.

Because summer makes me think of bright colors, I wanted to pick up a cooler that was fun and vibrant. After searching my favorite shopping sites I’ve compiled six colorful coolers and thought you might like them too. Find them below:

Vibrant and Fun Coolers for Summer

1. Igloo Retro Picnic Basket – 25 Qt Cooler

Classic ‘90s style meets modern, eco-friendly insulation. If Bodhi from Point Break met up with Smokey from Friday for a day at the beach, we’re pretty sure this is the cooler they’d use to chill their beers. Made in the USA by Igloo (a brand that’s been dominating the cooler game for seven decades) the Retro Picnic Basket packs all the style of 1993 into a perfectly sized, easy-carry cooler that’ll keep the good times rolling.

2. YETI Tundra King Crab Orange Cooler

The YETI Tundra® 45 combines versatility with durability. This premium cooler is infused with that legendary YETI toughness — a durable rotomolded construction and up to three inches of PermaFrost™ Insulation. Which is to say it’s built to last and will keep your contents ice-cold even in sweltering conditions, like a triple-digit summer day in central Texas. No bowing, cracking, or melting here.

3. KENAI 25 Cooler, Lime

Introducing the KENAI 25. The 25 is smallest KENAI Cooler but there’s nothing small about it. 25 is big-time on performance and features. It fits easily in the back seat or back of the truck, holds plenty of ice, food, and drink, and keeps everything cold and fresh for days. You don’t need a lot of time to live an adventure. You just have to make the most of the time you have. Live it with the KENAI 25 and choose one of their many colorful coolers.

4. Pelican 30 Quart Elite Cooler

Summer may be hot, but your Pelican Elite Cooler will stay cold. Durable construction and a continuous layer of insulation mean these coolers are fit for every adventure and will always deliver amazing performance. Your Pelican Elite Cooler is always party ready with features like molded-in cup holders and a built-in bottle opener.

Of all the colorful coolers, this may be the least vibrant. However, Pelican makes some of the roughest and toughest cases around, so I thought it was worth the add.

5. Engel 13 Quart Cooler

There are a lot of insulated coolers that promise to keep your drinks cold for days, and the Engel Leak-Proof Insulated Cooler Drybox is no different. Except for the fact that it promises more. This 2-in-1 molded Polystyrene Foam insulated cooler has a 18-can capacity, but also performs as leak-proof and airtight drybox to keep moisture away from your valuable electronics, emergency kits, and cameras. With injection molding and heavy-duty gasket seal, this multi-use cooler is built to be tested on the water, in the duck blind, or tied to an ATV. With a lightweight design and convenient carrying handle, this 13-quart capacity cooler can handle 12 pounds of ice to keep your beverages cold or your meat fresh.

6. CAMP-ZERO 20 | 21.13 Quart Premium Cooler

Camp-Zero Premium Coolers is the perfect companion for any adventure and offers the perfect size to get the job done!
