It starts with a single note. Actually, it starts with figuring out what to play the note on. A guitar, a harmonica, or maybe an 8-bit synthesizer?
There are tons of really cool musical instruments and pieces of gear out there that just get lost in the sea of Etsy’s and eBay’s. But there’s a new curated marketplace to highlight only the coolest and best in indie musical instrument brands.
Resy promises to scour the web to find the best stuff available and bring it directly to its users, often with special sale pricing. In similar fashion to sites like Fab, Gilt, and Woot, Resy will be doing flash sales featuring a new item each week.
Everything sold on Resy has to fall into at least one of three categories: innovative, well designed, or hand crafted. And everything must be independently produced. Think of it as “artisan” for instruments.
To kick things off, Resy is doing a launch giveaway with some cool prizes, including the Sugar Bytes WOW2 Filterbox plugin, the Air Logic Percussion bass drum pedal, and a Bohemian Guitars “Boho” oil can guitar (previously featured on Joe’s Daily).
