Scotty Cameron took the “Spec III” name from car culture, where it means a fully optimized tier of aftermarket upgrades, and put it on blacked-out versions of two Onset-Center putters, the Phantom 5 and Phantom 11R. Both are milled and hand-finished in California, then finished in black PVD from head to shaft, with a matching 11-inch mid-size Matador grip and three high-contrast sightlines framing the ball. The OC layout sets a straight shaft directly in line with the center of gravity to resist twisting, and chain-link milling on the face softens the sound at impact. Lengths run 33, 34, and 35 inches, with the 11R also offered left-handed. It’s a limited release at $800, and Titleist.com caps orders at one per customer.
