The fine folks over at Beau Ties Ltd. of Vermont were nice enough to send me a few of their spiffy bow ties. Though their name has bow ties in it, don’t let that stop you from scouring their entire collection featuring neckties, cummerbunds, pocket squares, ascots, cravats, boys’ ties and scarves. The company was founded in 1993 by Bill Kenerson, who later sold to David Kramer and David Mutter. Even with Bill out of the picture, the Davids kept up with a 19 year old tradition of making beautifully handmade bow ties in their Vermont headquarters.
