As a photographer and someone who has been a diehard Canon fan for well over a decade, I was very excited when I heard about the Canon EOS RP. I’ve been a full-frame camera user for some time now, but have never dived into the world of mirrorless.
The Canon EOS RP features a 26.2 MP CMOS sensor, fast and accurate autofocus, 4K video, and Canon’s powerful DIGIC 8 processor. It’s capable of working with RF, EF and EF-S lenses.
Stepping up to a full-frame camera can be daunting, as most feature bigger bodies than you’re probably use to. However, the EOS RP is both the lightest and smallest Canon EOS full-frame camera to date. Its body is just 440g, making it easy on your shoulder during those long days shooting.
