Today, Razer has unveiled a new version of its popular RGB gaming mouse pad with the Razer Firefly V2. The enhanced pad comes equipped with brighter LEDs and the addition of four more lighting zones than the original Razer Firefly, totaling 19 lighting zones that surround all four sides of the mat.
Firefly V2 features a 3mm thin, micro-textured hard surface optimized for precise tracking for all mouse sensors. My personal favorite touch is the built-in cable catch, which helps you avoid any missteps when gaming. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had my cable get snagged during a heated battle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, so this is truly a gamechanger addition to any mouse pad. The bottom of the Firefly V2 uses an anti-slip rubber base so you can be sure the mat stays exactly where you put it.
