The Belle Époque palace that hosted Churchill, Hepburn, and F. Scott Fitzgerald before going dark in 2008 is back. COMO Le Beauvallon reopens April 24, 2026 on a private ten-acre estate above the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, with 42 rooms restored under the COMO banner and a culinary program led by Yannick Alléno, the most-decorated chef in the Michelin Guide with 17 stars across his 21 restaurants worldwide. His beachfront flagship, Beauvallon Sur Mer, is his first beach-club restaurant and leans into a Southeast Asian and Mediterranean crossover. The grounds run down to a mosaic pool, a COMO Shambhala wellness retreat, and a private jetty where a complimentary eight-minute speedboat shuttles guests across the bay to Saint-Tropez proper. A second boat runs to Pampelonne. Rates start at €840 per night.
