Hay’s Place restaurant will be the final addition to Pebble Beach Company’s new Tiger Woods-designed short course, The Hay. The restaurant, which will be located atop Peter Hay Hill, will serve a Mexican-inspired menu in a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for a leisurely lunch, dinner, or after-round drink. Guests will be greeted to magnificent views of The Hay short course and the Pacific Ocean from its spacious outdoor terrace with fire tables and fire pit seating. The Lodge at Pebble Beach is only a short walk away from Hay’s Place.
“Hay’s Place offers a fun and lively dining environment that takes advantage of the incredible setting and stunning views at The Hay. It is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf, cheer on friends and family as they play The Hay, or simply enjoy the incredible food and drinks.”
– David Stivers, CEO of Pebble Beach Company
Hay’s Place, like the short course, is named after Peter Hay, the long-time head professional at both Pebble Beach and Del Monte. The restaurant’s pleasant and casual ambiance will reflect Hay’s enthusiasm for introducing novices to the game. Ceviche, tin can nachos, a selection of tacos with house-made tortillas, fresh locally-caught seafood, and “Tiger’s Fajitas” are among the menu items that will lend an exciting new taste character to Pebble Beach Resorts’ vast food and beverage options. Signature margaritas and cocktails, as well as draft beer and wine, are available on the craft beverage menu.
Hay’s Place is now open to the public from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
