Holland America Line is setting a new standard for dining at sea with the debut of Koningstafel, a six-course chef’s table experience infused with Dutch elegance. Available on cruises 14 days and longer, this exclusive evening begins with a private cocktail reception, followed by a rare behind-the-scenes galley tour led by the ship’s executive chef. Guests then enjoy a wine-paired feast featuring dishes like butter-poached lobster tail, pistachio-crusted lamb loin, and a decadent honey crémieux finale.
Debuting on Oosterdam in July and rolling out to Westerdam, Zaandam, and Volendam this fall, Koningstafel will reach the rest of the fleet by spring 2026.
