One of the best ways to explore a new destination is through its local cuisine. Mexico is by far one of my favorite places to visit for this very reason.
Mar Del Cabo has created a unique beach fishing experience perfect for both experienced and novice anglers. The day begins at dawn, where guests can begin fishing on the beach from their private area stocked with umbrellas, chairs, breakfast bites, fresh local fruit, and coffee. Professional beach fishing equipment is provided courtesy of Cabo’s top fishing outfitter, Jansen Inshore Tackle, while the waters nearby are stocked with snapper, snook, shark, and roosterfish. After a few hours of a hopeful successful fishing session, an interactive lunch begins where guests create ceviche or Paella with the help of Chef Mario Rueda Martinez, a recent finalist in Los Cabos’ 5th annual Paella Festival. Mar Del Cabo also provides a grill to prepare your catch if that is more your style.
