Cruising with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is always an adventure, but what if you could combine dinner and a live show for a night to remember? That’s exactly what The Supper Club on Norwegian Escape offers—an intimate venue where guests can enjoy a meal while being entertained by talented performers.
But is it worth your time on board? I recently had the chance to experience The Supper Club firsthand, and in this post (and video below), I’m sharing everything you need to know—including what’s on the menu, what kind of entertainment you can expect, and whether I’d recommend booking it.

What Is The Supper Club on Norwegian Escape?
The Supper Club is an intimate dining and entertainment venue located on Norwegian Escape. It blends a full-course meal with live music and performances, making it an alternative to the larger-scale productions in the ship’s main theater.
While the experience is designed to be a little more up-close and personal, there are still some key things to know before booking—especially regarding the menu, reservations, and entertainment lineup.
The Entertainment: What Can You Expect?
One of the biggest draws of The Supper Club is the live performances. Depending on your sailing, you might see guest artists or some of the ship’s in-house talent performing a mix of Broadway-style music, pop hits, or jazz classics.
During my visit, the entertainment lineup featured The Company Men, a nationally recognized pop vocal group that completely stole the show. Their high-energy performance blended classic hits with modern chart-toppers in a way that felt both nostalgic and fresh. I was blown away by their seamless mashups, smooth harmonies, and dynamic stage presence. With their throwback Motown moves and engaging charisma, they delivered an unforgettable evening of entertainment that had the entire audience captivated from start to finish.
If you’re someone who enjoys a more relaxed, lounge-style show while dining, this could be a great option. However, if you prefer high-energy productions, you might want to check out the larger shows in the main theater instead.
The Supper Club Menu: What’s on the Plate?
Unlike NCL’s specialty dining restaurants, The Supper Club features a set menu with limited choices. Here’s what was served during my visit:
- Starter: Fresh salad
- Main Course: Chicken Parmesan with pasta (vegetarian option: Eggplant Parmesan)
- Dessert: Carrot cake
The food was surprisingly delicious, despite not having much say in what was for dinner. Since the menu is fixed, those with dietary restrictions may need to check with the staff for alternative options.
Tip: If you’re a foodie looking for a more extensive menu, you may prefer Norwegian Escape’s specialty dining venues like Cagney’s Steakhouse or Le Bistro.
How to Book & What to Know Before You Go
Reservations: You’ll need to book your spot in advance, as seating is limited. There are typically two showtimes per night—one at 6:00 PM and another at 8:30 PM.
Cost: As of my sailing, The Supper Club was included in the cruise fare, making it a great value for those looking for an extra entertainment option. However, policies can change, so check with Norwegian Cruise Line before your trip.
Seating & Arrival: If you want a good seat, arrive early! The best views of the stage can fill up quickly.
Final Verdict: Is The Supper Club Worth It?
So, would I book The Supper Club again? Absolutely!
If you’re looking for a laid-back, dinner-and-show experience with live music, The Supper Club could be a great addition to your cruise itinerary. But if you’re more interested in high-energy performances or specialty dining with more menu options, you might want to explore other options on board.
