The owners of Red Reflet Ranch, near Ten Sleep, Wyoming, have recently unveiled the Homesteads at Red Reflet Ranch, offering the same service and recreational activities as its namesake luxury guest ranch and resort. A unique destination for Western adventure travel, private jet access, and equestrian adventure, Red Reflet is already known to be a rare destination of Wyoming cattle ranch coupled with luxury adventure amenities.
The twelve Red Reflet Homesteads range from 40 to 160 acres, with prices ranging from $435,000 to $1.225 million. The plans for each homestead are expected to include one home, a guesthouse, a barn, and a hangar pad adjacent to the private airport with a 5,000 ft. runway. The Homestead owners will also enjoy the Red Reflet Ranch Club access to equestrian programs, cattle wrangling, fly fishing, zip lining, shooting, a natural water park, ATVs, a pool, a gym, tennis court use, as well fine dining within the resort. Residents can also use the indoor riding arena, explore the 27,000-acre ranch on dirt bikes, horses and ATVs, wrangle cattle with the ranch cowboys, relax by the pool, or fish in the trout-rich streams.
The Homestead Community members will own a prorated share of the airport, runway, and common ground. Several Owners’ Clubs are in the works: a Cattle Club for residents interested in developing their own small herd, an Equestrian Club to board and ride the members’ horses, and a club for hunting big game.
Year round, guests awaken in well-appointed luxury cabins, surrounded by compelling views of red and coral-colored Chugwater formation sandstone cliffs with the contrasting blue sky and white snow-laced Bighorn peaks, not far away. A rare view, a rare destination.
