Regent’s Seven Seas Prestige Gets the Fleet’s Largest Spa

Regent's Seven Seas Prestige debuts the fleet's largest spa, a first-ever salt room, a 6,000 sq ft gym, and a suite with its own private gym.

Regent Seven Seas is putting the largest spa in its fleet on Seven Seas Prestige, and the ratios are the interesting part. Serene Spa & Wellness gets 10 treatment rooms, including acupuncture and medi-spa rooms, which works out to roughly one room for every 82 guests on an 822-guest ship. The thermal suite brings Regent’s first salt room alongside a snow room, hydrotherapy pool, saunas, steam rooms, and heated loungers. Next door sits a 6,000-square-foot gym, the biggest Regent has built, running Technogym’s Sand Stone Collection wall to wall.

I’ve sailed Regent, and the spa has always felt like a real part of the ship rather than a bolted-on revenue center, so this is the announcement I wanted out of a new class. The showpiece is the Skyview Regent Suite: a private 161-square-foot gym plus two complimentary spa services daily, which is 14 treatments on a seven-night sailing. Prestige sails her maiden voyage December 13, 2026.
