Soon spectacle wearing tech fans can sport Google Glass without having to wear contacts. On Jan 27th Google unveiled four different frames to hold prescription lenses: Split, Thin, Bold, and Curve. In addition to the frames, they also revealed three different sunglass models: Edge, Classic, and Active.
It’s unsure when these new frames will become available. As a Glass Explorer myself I’ve yet to receive any sort of insider message about when we can purchase them. I’ll probably try to snag a pair of the Bold frames sans prescription lenses so I can feel a bit more comfortable wearing them in public. Judge me all you want.
