GOLF WANG of Tyler, the Creator has teamed up with Converse for a new flame-printed Chuck 70. Hi. After a Cherry Bomb-inspired “Flames” style from 2019 and joyful multi-color and polka dot-covered makeups in 2020, the artist’s fourth Chuck 70 collaboration arrives at an indisputably perfect time: Tyler’s latest album, Call Me if You Get Lost, is the country’s number one record.
Tyler’s newest Chuck is going to be familiar to his loyal admirers in terms of design. It has a cream-colored canvas top with purple, pink, and blue flames running from the heel to the forefoot to keep you cool in the summer heat. Positioned on the middle side of the corner, there’s a traditional black and white Converse All-Star emblem, eyelets give a touch of shiny silver, and a white rubber toe cap adds extra durability. Pink foxing and a pink heel emblem are featured on the midsoles, while pink outsoles complete the appearance.
The GOLF WANG x Converse Chuck 70 Hi will be made available on July 8 via Converse’s webstore for $100 USD.
