Carhartt has been making workwear for Ford factory employees since the 1920s, and the two Detroit brands finally put that century of overlap on a truck. The 2027 Ford Super Duty Carhartt Package is XLT Crew Cab 4×4 only, with a dark-painted grille, off-road running boards, and a full LED lighting setup. The 20-inch machined wheels copy the pattern of the manhole covers outside Carhartt’s Detroit flagship and ride on Bridgestone Dueler A/T all-terrains.
Carhartt graphics sit low on the fender vents, doors, and tailgate so mud and road salt take the hit instead of clean paint. Inside, the Duck Canvas-inspired cloth seats get triple stitching, the all-weather mats borrow from Carhartt’s tool bag designs, and the spray-in bedliner is stamped with the logo. The standard 7.3-liter V8 makes 430 horsepower and 485 lb-ft, with the 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel optional.
