When creating the 2017 BMW i3, BMW didn’t focus on the exterior, but more of what an electric car owner wants: more battery capacity. “Born to go further” is the BMW i motto, and that is exactly what you get in the second i3 model. BMW i increases the range by 50% compared to its predecessor, and features an extended battery capacity of 94 ampere hours (Ah) to help drivers reach distances of around 120+ miles on a single charge.
