I think we can all relate to this one. Last time I checked my Uber rating I saw I had a 4.2 and immediately tried to recall my last few rides. Did I do something to make them upset? Did I wear too much cologne? Did I tap on their seat? Did I talk too much or too little? Who the heck knows!?
