NOTA and the Fabulous Fox Are Pairing Broadway Shows With Cocktails All Season

NOTA speakeasy and the Fabulous Fox team up for a season-long cocktail collaboration inspired by Broadway shows, starting with Death Becomes Her Oct 13.

St. Louis just got a better post-show plan. None of the Above (NOTA), the underground cocktail lounge beneath City Foundry STL from James Beard winner Gerard Craft’s Niche Food Group, is teaming up with the Fabulous Fox for a season-long cocktail collaboration. The concept is simple and exactly right: a rotating series of cocktails inspired by the productions in the Fox’s 2026-2027 Broadway season, each available during its show’s St. Louis run. NOTA sits less than a mile from the theatre, which makes the whole thing feel inevitable.

Alongside the rotating specials, NOTA will pour The Fox all season long as a nod to the partnership, with more 2027 show cocktails to be announced as the season goes on.

The Opening Lineup

The collaboration kicks off with three show-inspired pours. For Death Becomes Her (October 13-25), there is Siempre Viva, a theatrical purple ube gin fizz inspired by the potion of everlasting life at the center of the musical. BOOP! The Musical (October 27-November 8) gets Something To Shout About, a red, cherry-garnished riff on the classic Pink Lady for Betty Boop herself. And for The Great Gatsby (December 22-January 3), The Green Light reimagines the gimlet in green, nodding to the most famous symbol in Fitzgerald’s novel.

NOTA bar manager Dan LaFollette says the team loved pulling inspiration from each show, and the goal is to give theatergoers, season ticket holders or one-night visitors alike, a reason to make NOTA part of the post-show ritual.

Why This Works

Dinner and a show is a tired formula. A show and a great cocktail afterward is the upgrade, and tying the drink to the production you just watched gives the night a second act. St. Louis’s cocktail scene has been leveling up for years, and collaborations like this one are how a bar becomes part of the city’s cultural calendar instead of just its nightlife. I have not tried these yet, the first pours start October 13, but the concept is a winner on paper. I hope to catch a show this season and work my way through the menu, starting with that purple ube gin fizz. If your night ends at the Fox, start the second half of it at NOTA. Reservations are required and run through OpenTable, and you can follow along at more of my St. Louis cocktail coverage here.
