I’ve always had an affinity for sandwiches. Even when I’m hardcore dieting, I find a way to sneak in a cheat day that consists of a sandwich or two. What I find most appealing about this particular food type is how versatile it can be. Sandwiches can be a mile high or small and simple, the complexity comes from the ingredients.

I consider myself a good cook, but not quite a chef, so I’m not sure how my sandwich creations would stack up against a proper chef. Bon Appétit asked ten of their pro chefs to share with them their favorite sandwiches. Watch the video above to see what each of them came up with.
