Cure Dehydration After a Tough Workout with Liquid I.V.
Has a strenuous workout ever left you feeling rough? Chances are you’re just dehydrated. Consuming the proper amount of water in a day your body requires can be a hassle, let alone on the days you’re hitting the gym. Lucky for you I have an easy solution that will help keep you from being dehydrated.
It’s called Liquid I.V. and it’s a lifesaver. After each workout, or whenever I’ve slacked a bit in the water department, I use one packet of Liquid I.V. to rehydrate my body. Just one packet can provide the same hydration as drinking 2-3 bottles of water, which is just about a quarter of the amount of water you should be consuming in a day.
