This week we tried a Marshall Davis wine for the first time. The 2017 Cask Series Pinot Noir to be specific. It’s a unique wine made from one large format barrel. It features a silky texture that follows tobacco and deep red fruit notes. On the nose, you will enjoy Christmas spice, coffee, truffle, and hints of dark cherry. Rachel DeCavage was born to make clothing. Her father has owned Connecticut Shirt Man uniform company since 1983 and has shared the skills of his trade since she was ten.
