A book like this either belongs on your shelf or it doesn’t, and if you’re the kind of person who knows who Nino Farina is without Googling, it belongs on your shelf.
F1 Heroes is Graphic Image’s love letter to the sport: 200-plus archival photographs covering nearly 75 years of Formula 1, from Farina’s 1950 championship in an Alfa Romeo through Fangio, Clark, Stewart, Lauda, Senna, Prost, Schumacher, and Hamilton. The machinery gets its due too, along with the rivalries that made the sport worth arguing about.
It’s hand-bound in bonded leather, 192 pages, and sized like a proper coffee table book at 11.25 by 9.25 inches. At $155, it’s a serious gift for the F1 obsessive in your life, or for yourself if that’s you.
One honest note: the Uncrate page shows mixed availability signals, so if it reads sold out when you click through, get on the notify list.
With Cadillac joining the grid in 2026, which I covered here, the timing for a history lesson like this feels right.
