In Lucy, Scarlett Johansson plays an involuntary drug mule carrying a mysterious package that leaks inside her after being assaulted. The drug rapidly starts ramping up the amount of brain she is able to access, resulting in her gaining supernatural abilities. Lucy is written and directed by Luc Besson, the man who brought us the Taken franchise, Transporter, and The Fifth Element, just to name a few.
