I’ve been itching for any excuse to start featuring Spring inspired cocktails. And just days after the first day of Spring, I was presented with the Siam Daiquiri cocktail, crafted by critically-acclaimed Chef Ari Taymor.
This unique cocktail starts with Bacardí Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron, a premium white rum, Kaffir lime juice and an aromatic simple syrup. The Siam Daiquiri takes inspiration from Taymor’s hometown of Los Angeles and named after its Thai influences, which is present in the simple syrup recipe.
