Adam Perry Lang: Cooking with George Dickel Whisky

A nice glass of George Dickel Whisky pairs perfectly with BBQ. Add a little bit of flair from master chef Adam Perry Lang, and you will see Heaven, my friend. Adam shows us how to cook with whisky by using 1 cup George Dickel, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup honey, and 3 cups of our favorite barbecue sauce. To add a bit more flavor and pizzaz, Lang kept the BBQ sauce simmering in a pan below the meat rack to capture all of its juices. Hungry yet?
