What is Rethink Food?
Simply put, Rethink Food is a non-profit organization that transforms unused food from grocery stores, restaurants, and farmers markets into low or no-income meals for New York City families in need. It’s a wonderful way of reducing waste while helping those in need. I’ve actually donated to them a few times over the last two years.

Cold Brew Martini
- 2 parts Kahlua
- 1 part Absolut Vodka
- 3 parts cold brew
Mule de Kahlúa
- 1.25 parts Kahlua
- .75 parts Altos tequila
- 3.5 parts ginger beer
Cold Brew Soda
- 1.5 parts Kahlua
- 1.5 parts cold brew
- 3.5 parts club soda
