Who says Legos are just for kids? New York designer Mike Doyal is working on a series of AMAZING sculptures made out of Legos in Denmark. He’s calling it the ‘Contact Series’.

“the beauty of all intelligent life forms as extensions of our family”

The piece shown is ‘The Millennial Celebration of the Eternal Choir at K’al yne, Odan’ and was created out of 200,000 Lego blocks. At first glance I thought it was something out of Lord of the Rings, but as you look closer it appears to be some sort of cathedral. For Mike’s next piece, he’s looking for backers on Kickstarter to help fun the endeavor.
