2 BACARDI Mojito Recipes Perfect for National Mojito Day
National Mojito Day is on July 11 and to make sure you’re ready for it I am featuring two refreshing BACARDI Mojito recipes that are new takes on the original. Below you will find the two new mojito recipes made with BACARDI Superior Rum and BACARDI’S newest flavor, BACARDI Lime.
BACARDI Mojito Recipes
BACARDÍ Lime Mojito
The BACARDI Lime Mojito is a new take on an already adored classic. It combines the sweet and zesty flavor of BACARDI Lime with mint leaves, lime wedges, caster sugar, and club soda. Sip on this and you might think you’re in Old Havana.
- 2 parts BACARDÍ® Lime Flavored Rum
- 4 Lime Wedges
- 6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1 part Club Soda
- 1 Sprig of fresh mint
Add the lime wedges, sugar and mint leaves and gently muddle until the limes release juice. Add BACARDÍ Lime Flavored Rum and mix the ingredients with a bar spoon. Fill with crushed ice and stir once again. Add club soda and garnish with mint.
BACARDÍ Pomegranate Mojito
Not all mojitos are created equal, and the BACARDI Pomegranate Mojito is the testament to that. This unique BACARDI mojito recipe combines Liber & Co pomegranate syrup, club soda, lime juice, sugar, mint, and of course, BACARDI Superior. Enjoy!
- 1 ½ parts BACARDÍ Superior rum
- 1 part Liber & Co. pomegranate syrup
- ¼ part fresh lime juice and sugar
- 1 part Club Soda
- 9 each Mint Leaves
Gently muddle green mint leaves with the grenadine in a mason jar. Add the rocks mix, BACARDÍ Superior rum and ice and shake for five seconds. Top with club soda and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
