Roe & Co Highball recipe

1. Roe & Co Highball Recipe

Equipment: Highball Glass, Ice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Roe & Co
  • Top with good Soda or Tonic (if you have a sweet tooth)
  • Garnish with a slice of Grapefruit

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass and fill with ice.
  2. Stir briefly.
  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit.
Roe & Co Sour recipe

2. Roe & Co Sour Recipe

Equipment: Rocks Glass, Ice, Cocktail Shaker, Strainer

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Roe & Co
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White (Optional)
  • Gallop of whipped cream (optional) or Garnish with three coffee beans.

Directions:

  1. Add Roe & Co, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white, if using, to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Double strain over rock ice in a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with lemon peel.

Feeling Fancy? Shake your whiskey with a sprig of Rosemary, 0.75 oz lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup. Fine strain into a highball glass, top with soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Roe & Co Cold Brew Cocktail Recipe

3. Roe & Co Cold Brew Cocktail Recipe

Equipment: Coupe Glass, Cocktail Shaker, Ice, Strainer

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Roe & Co
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar syrup
  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee

Directions:

  1. Add Roe & Co, sugar syrup and cold brew coffee to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Strain into coupe glass
  4. Top it off with Whipped Cream or garnish with three coffee beans.
Roe & Co Old Fashioned recipe

4. Roe & Co Old Fashioned Recipe

Equipment: Rocks glass, Ice, Bar Spoon, Mixing Glass, Strainer

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Roe & Co
  • 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Garnish with the zest of an orange.

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
  2. Stir for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with an orange peel.

Feeling Fancy? Replace your sugar syrup with salted Agave Syrup (salt to taste), use your favourite aromatic bitters (we recommend Barrel Aged bitters) and serve with a slice of charred orange.
