The holidays are my favorite time of year for so many reasons. One of them is the opportunity to try out new cocktail recipes on my friends and family. The folks over at Silent Pool Gin sent over 3 holiday-ready gin cocktails that I just had to share with you. Learn how to make them below!
Silent Pool Gin Recipes - Holiday Edition
1. Christmas
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 fl. oz. Silent Pool Gin
- 3/4 fl. oz. mulled wine cordial
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with redcurrants, icing sugar and tinsel.
2. Alexander
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 fl. oz. Silent Pool Gin
- 3/4 fl. oz. Mozart Dry Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 3/4 fl. oz. single cream
- 1/2 fl. oz. gomme syrup
Directions:
Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and chocolate on top.
3. Low ABV
Ingredients:
- 1/2 fl. oz. Silent Pool Gin
- 1/5 fl. oz. sugar syrup
- 4 1/4 fl. oz. sparkling tea
- 1/3 fl. oz. Merlet Creme de Cassis Liqueur
Directions:
Build all ingredients apart from cassis, in highball over cubed ice and stir to combine. Garnish by floating cassis liqueur on top.
