Those who have been on a cruise before know that it’s an all-out marathon of eating, drinking, and then eating and drinking some more. There’s no way around it. While I write this I’m currently staring at a plethora of free pastries tempting me at Cafe Promenade onboard the brand new Wonder of the Seas, Royal Caribbean’s newest Oasis Class ship.

Since my job has had me cruising far more than the average individual, I’ve had to learn portion control, when to skip dessert, and to take advantage of as many of the fitness activities the cruise has to offer. For the latter, I was pleasantly surprised by all that was offered on Wonder of the Seas for their guests.

Fitness at Sea on the Wonder of the Seas

Here are a few of the wellness/fitness activities I found most interesting when scrolling through the Royal Caribbean app:

  • Seminar: Improve Your Posture – Chin up, shoulders back. Improve your health by improving your posture, with tips from our onboard experts.

These are just a few of the options presented to guests while cruising, and as you can see, they have something for everyone. The moral of the story, there are plenty of ways to keep you feeling good in between your many meals and cocktails, no matter the age of the Royal Caribbean ship you’re on.
